Although this wouldn’t exactly send us through hyperspace, it would help speed up our travel in space which is certainly a step towards hyperspace travel.

However, this week, scientists may have found gravitational waves, which is basically a ripple in time and space. Exciting? We could be hearing some major breakthroughs in the coming years.

The spiders in Spidersilk the novel use a substance called spider silk to help protect the main character, Mark, from intruders. In our own world, spider silk has been a hot topic lately. Not long ago, a group of scientists successfully produce spider silk that’s tougher than anything else we’ve made thus far. In Spidersilk the novel, the multiverse plays a huge role in the plot of the novel. In our own world, the multiverse is still a very abstract idea that more and more scientists are gaining interest in. Since the idea is relatively new to many people, it’s often hard to grasp the concept of it. Landscape artist, Charles Jencks, has taken it upon himself to create a work of art called the “The Crawick Multiverse”, which shows the concept of a multiverse for all to see. This landscape can be seen in Scotland or all over the internet.
