In this day and age, Spider silk is making leaps and bounds
in the world of science. In the novel, Spidersilk, it is used to help protect
the main character from the intruders who aim to harm him. However, in our own
world, spider silk is becoming quite the phenomenon. More recently, scientist
learned to make wire based off of spider silk, which could lead to replication
and mass production in no time. Imagine a world filled with spider silk
products!
